RETURNS POLICY

• We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
   
• All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original Receipt .
   
• No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened or damaged.
   
• Each item can only be exchanged once.
   
• No refunds.
   
• To return any items, please contact FakeFanLab on 6389 8357 or by email info@fakefanfashion.com from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
   
• Postage will not be refunded, if any.
   
• Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
   
• FakeFanLab is not responsible for damage after delivery.
   
• All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
   
• FakeFanLab reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

• Standard Delivery 

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.

• Free Standard Shipping with every order over HK$800 (after discount).
• Free Overseas Standard Shipping with every order over HK$2000 (after discount).
• Free Express Shipping with every order over HK$2000 (after discount).

Areas in service

• P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
• Express Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territorities, with non-Service Area as follows:

Shipping days and schedules
Express Delivery

• The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (3p.m.-10p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability. If the courier fails to contact the recipient when delivering the package, the parcel will be postponed to the next working day to arrange delivery.

Standard Delivery

For Hong Kong

• The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 5 -10 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-5p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
• Delivery time will be delayed in case of incorrect delivery info/contact information

For Overseas 

• The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 5 -24 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-5p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
